Roland Henin

Delaware North Companies
Roland Henin, CMC, is Delaware North Companies' corporate chef and oversees company operations at ballparks, state and national parks, entertainment destinations and airports worldwide. He is one of roughly 60 master chefs in the United States and is a renowned culinary coach. In 2008, he coached five Delaware North chefs at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany. Acclaimed Chef Thomas Keller credits Henin with being his mentor. Henin is capable of speaking on culinary trends, restaurant operations and culinary competitions.
John Huey

John Huey is the director of environmental affairs for Delaware North Companies. Huey has dedicated his work to developing GreenPath®, the company’s innovative and comprehensive environmental management program. At Yosemite National Park and other sites, Delaware North became the first U.S. hospitality company to have its environmental management system registered to the standards put forth by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Huey can speak to such topics as environmental management, resource management, stewardship and sustainability.

She oversees all corporate and subsidiary marketing, advertising, public relations and branding efforts. Watkins has been instrumental in the global brand positioning of Delaware North since joining the company in 2000. She is well-versed in all communications efforts, including public relations, marketing, advertising, corporate communications, branding and media relations.
