FARMINGTON, N.Y. – Officials at Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack (FLGR) have called off the live racing card for Tuesday, June 14 in order to maintain horse field size for the remaining days on the schedule this week.

FLGR is still in the early stages of a 155-day meet and offering a larger field size per race has become the more imperative concern. It was determined that running five days this week as originally scheduled would increase the challenge of strengthening the numbers of available competition ready horses.

No other changes were made at this time to the racing schedule. Live racing continues on Saturday with a 9-race card as well as simulcast wagering of the Belmont Stakes.

The first 1,000 Player Extras members to check in on Saturday will receive a commemorative Belmont Stakes glass. The racing gates open at 11:00 am and first race post time is set at 1:10 pm.
