Committed to creating special experiences one guest at a time
FARMINGTON, N.Y. – Employees of Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack pledged their commitment Thursday to providing their guests with the best experience possible each and every day. A wall display dedicated to the commitment shown to customers of the facility was unveiled in front of staff members and carries the words “Best Customer Service: Our Pledge To You”. The display was signed by Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack employees and will hang in the entry way of the main gaming floor.

“We are committed on making the customer experience the primary consideration in every decision we make and in every action we do” stated Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack President and General Manager, Chris Riegle.

Riegle encouraged all employees to increase their focus on creating a customer oriented environment while enhancing every customer's individual experience.  He asked them to think of the world from the experience of the customer and see the gaming and racetrack facility through their eyes.

Finger Lakes Gaming was evaluated by an independent evaluator earlier this year and received a near perfect 96% score for their customer service. The pledge unveiled Thursday builds on this evaluation and continues the commitment to enhance each and every customer’s experience to the fullest.

About Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack: In operation since 1962, the facility added gaming to its offering in 2004 and expanded again in 2013 by adding 33,000 square feet with a $12 million expansion.
